A passionate professional of both the global food industry and hunger relief, Elisa has developed market expansion, food safety and hunger relief initiatives while working in close partnership with, or directly for, some of the world’s largest and most respected food, hunger relief and hospitality brands throughout the US and SE Asia. One of her current passions is developing collaborative partnerships with the healthcare industry to generate better health outcomes through increased access to healthy nutritious foods.
